I played various sports throughout my childhood, especially soccer, which I played for sixteen years. Being active wasn’t just a hobby — it was a part of who I was. But as professional responsibilities increased, I slowly stopped playing sports and almost all outdoor activities. Long hours of work, excessive screen time, and even online gaming replaced physical activity. Gradually, I started gaining unnecessary weight. It began affecting my spine, knees, and ankles. My metabolism slowed down significantly. My energy levels dropped. I felt disconnected from the active version of myself. At that point, a good friend introduced me to his lifestyle coach. That decision changed everything. With structured guidance, habit correction, and sustainable lifestyle changes, I began rebuilding my health.
