My Journey

From an active sports lifestyle to facing the challenges of inactivity and weight gain, fitness helped me rebuild my health, strength, and confidence again.

I played various sports throughout my childhood, especially soccer, which I played for sixteen years. Being active wasn’t just a hobby — it was a part of who I was. But as professional responsibilities increased, I slowly stopped playing sports and almost all outdoor activities. Long hours of work, excessive screen time, and even online gaming replaced physical activity. Gradually, I started gaining unnecessary weight. It began affecting my spine, knees, and ankles. My metabolism slowed down significantly. My energy levels dropped. I felt disconnected from the active version of myself. At that point, a good friend introduced me to his lifestyle coach. That decision changed everything. With structured guidance, habit correction, and sustainable lifestyle changes, I began rebuilding my health. It wasn’t about extreme diets or punishing workouts — it was about consistency, smart training, and long-term thinking. Over time, I fell in love with fitness again. Today, it’s something I cannot live without. Life showed me how fast and easy it is to develop poor habits — but it also showed me how powerful the right guidance can be.
